Search Help

This search utility provides a very simple way for you to find web pages on our site. Simply enter one or more search words, click "Find", and it will find all pages that contain those words.

If you select the "And" option, each web page found will contain all of your search words. If you select the "Or" option, each web page found will contain one or more of your search words.

The score assigned to each matching web page represents the number of times your search word(s) appear in that page. The results are sorted by this score, so that you can easily find the most relevant web page.

Soundex

Enabling Soundex instructs the search to find words that are pronounced similar to the words you entered, rather than looking for exact matches. This type of search is helpful if you are not sure of the spelling of a word, or if you would like to find variations of the word entered.

When using Soundex, a set of rules is applied to each search word, in order to generate a Soundex code. All words with the same Soundex code are considered a match.

For example, if you search for pages that contain the word "trouble" and you turn on the Soundex option, your search results will also list pages that contain the word "troubleshoot".

As another example, you may wish to search on the word "corporate". If you do this with Soundex enabled, you will also find variations of this word, like "corporation" and "corporations".
