Q4054: What are the codes that I can use to control the header and footer in Internet Explorer.

When you print a web page in Internet Explorer, you can have it automatically include items in the header and footer, such as the current date & time, page number, title, web site address, etc.
The settings that I have are as follows:
Header:
&w&b&b&d &t - p&p/&P
Footer:
URL: &u
To set these options, select "Page Setup" from the "File" menu.
