You have to change the appropriate registry settings, however, the purpose of this document is not to explain how to edit
the registry; you should already know how to do that before proceeding. Suffice it to say that if you do, you do
so at your own risk.
Having said that, the registry settings that define the computer owner are:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOrganization
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOwner
